Corporate Comedy Hypnosis Engagements — Performer: Krystal Brown

1. Engagement Overview

Krystal Brown provides a premium, interactive comedy hypnosis experience designed for corporate audiences, conferences, and private events. Engagements are tailored to suit the client's environment while maintaining professional standards of safety, inclusivity, and entertainment excellence.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Due to high demand and limited availability:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
• No dates are held without deposit payment
• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and written agreement

3. Investment & Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event
• Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit
• For corporate clients, invoicing can be structured to align with internal accounts processes where agreed in advance

Krystal Brown is engaged as a specialist performer. Fees reflect not only performance time, but expertise, preparation, audience management, and delivery of a high-impact experience.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• More than 14 days' notice: deposit retained, no further payment required
• Within 14 days of event: 100% of total fee payable
• Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability

This policy reflects the reservation of exclusive time, preparation, and the likelihood of declining other engagements.

5. Duty of Care & Workplace Considerations

Krystal Brown operates with a trauma-informed and safety-conscious approach, particularly in corporate environments. The client agrees to:

• Provide a respectful and appropriate environment for performance
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements
• Communicate any relevant policies, sensitivities, or restrictions prior to the event

Participation is voluntary at all times and conducted in a safe, controlled, and respectful manner.

6. Audience Participation & HR Alignment

• Audience members are never forced or pressured to participate
• All demonstrations are conducted ethically and with respect for individual boundaries
• The content is designed to be inclusive and suitable for professional environments

The performer reserves the right to decline participation of any individual, and to modify content to align with audience dynamics or corporate sensitivities.

7. Performance Requirements

To ensure a high-quality experience, the client agrees to provide:

• Suitable performance area
• Adequate lighting
• Audience seating positioned to support engagement

Failure to meet these requirements may impact the performance outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

• All participants engage voluntarily
• The performer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence
• The client organisation is responsible for maintaining appropriate event insurance and compliance with workplace policies

9. Travel & Logistics

• Travel outside of NSW may incur additional costs
• Accommodation may be required depending on timing and distance
• All travel arrangements will be agreed upon in advance

10. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, travel disruption, or emergencies):

• A suitable replacement date will be offered where possible
• Alternatively, a refund (excluding deposit) may be issued at discretion

11. Media, Recording & Intellectual Property

• The performance remains the intellectual property of Krystal Brown
• Recording of the show requires prior written consent
• The performer may use event footage or images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed
• Corporate clients may request confidentiality in writing

12. Professional Standards

Krystal Brown delivers a premium, high-impact experience backed by years of expertise in both hypnotherapy and stage performance. Clients are investing in audience engagement and morale, a memorable shared experience, a professionally facilitated, safe, and entertaining environment, and full AV setup.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
